The Maricopa County Assessor is a good place to look for information regarding to property. It has GIS mapping, data on tax of personal property, property values on both residential and commercial properties. The “territory “of the Phoenix Convention Center is clearly shown on the Maricopa County Assessor – east by the north 2nd street, west by the north 5th street, north by the Monroe street and south by the Washington street. If any protesters appear in this area during the event, like MLB Fanfest, the convention center has the right to ask them to leave.
