International Association of Venues Managers Conference, part 2

I went to the concurrent education session which was part of the international associalion of venues manager conference. The session is about the social media which was held on 27th, July, at the convention center.The Social Media Panel mainly focuses on the use of Facebook and Twitter for venues. Google Plus is recommended on the panel as a new interactive tour. Google Plus is an amalgamation of the Circle, Hangouts and Sparks. Google plus is new concept for me, since it came out just three weeks.

The social media is the most active customer service channel for the venues. Ticketing on the social media enables the venues to track direct sales. The feedback and complaints that customers leave on the social media (Facebook and the Twitter) help venues to provide better customer services.
